a simple telnet-server capable of controlling AT-compatible modems.

## Options

	-i <Bind ip>
	-p <Bind port>
	-s <serial port>
	-b <serial baudrate>
	-f <pidfile> : fork, create pidfile

The first argument not on this list will be argv0 of program to launch.

Serial modem and telnet must be started seperately
